Positrak would like to announce the initiation of the Positrak Customer Referral Program. We’re convinced that nobody knows the aftermarket industry like you, the jobber. Know a fellow jobber that’s struggling with a high computer payment for his warehouse system? How about one just wanting a change from a menu-driven system to a Windows-based point of sale and catalog? Refer them to Positrak. We are establishing the Positrak Customer Referral Program, which will continue until further notice. Until September 1st 2010, for every jobber that you refer to us that results in a successful sale & installation, you will receive 6 months of free support. After September 1st, the incentive will be 3 months of free support. There are conditions that will apply. For an average size store with three workstations, that could be up to $1980.00 in savings credited to your account.
Conditions that apply:
1 – The referred customer must remain in good standing for three months before credit will be applied. At the beginning of the fourth month, the credit will be applied.
2 – The amount of the credit depends on the size of the system the referred customer installs. If the referral’s monthly support is less than yours, your credit will be equal to 6 months (until Sept. 1) or 3 months (after Sept. 1) of the referral’s support fee. If the referral’s monthly support is more, you will be credited 6 months (until Sept. 1) or 3 months (after Sept. 1) months of your regular support payment.
3 – If at any point in time during the credit period the referred customer discontinues their support plan, the remainder of the credit will be rescinded and billing of your regular support amount will continue.
4 – The credit does not apply for upgrades for current Positrak customers. The referred customer must be brand new to Positrak.
5 – The process of the sale may include some assistance on your part, such as providing a short demo of Positrak features to the prospective customer.
6 – You must be in good standing with Positrak. The credit will not be applied to forgive any unpaid invoices.
