Welcome to Positrak, provider of comprehensive computer solutions for automotive jobbers. Positrak has been owned and operated by the same family for 33+ years, and in that time period has consistently delivered solutions to meet the needs of over 1300 independent parts stores. Our first customer install was in September of 1982. Since then, our goal has been to provide a consistent, reliable computer system at the most affordable price in the industry. Our ability to deliver on that goal is what has kept us in business - through ups, downs, and economic cycles good & bad. Every decision we make is with the jobber in mind.

Our in-house research indicates that customers prefer to deal with locally owned, independent jobber stores. Unfortunately, many of these stores simply don’t have the technology available at the sales counter to deliver the level of service today’s customer demands. Up until 2008, Positrak was in the same predicament. We had a solid system that served the industry for 30 years, but unfortunately that system could no longer meet the demands of modern business practices. This led us to do something unprecedented. We completely scrapped our Legacy system, and developed brand new software from the ground-up, based on the Microsoft Windows platform.

That system is called PositrakPro - our latest generation of point of sale and inventory management software. Integrated along with that is our very own parts catalog and price updating support from manufacturers and warehouse distributors.
